Executive Education: IMD best school in Europe

The IMD in Lausanne occupies second place behind the Harvard Business School and is in front of Duke University in the Financial Times worldwide ranking of further education programs.
The ranking list bases its overall rating on the open and company-internal offers in the field of executive education. Harvard leads the University of Virginia (Darden) in the open programs. MD and Stanford share third place. Duke holds first place in the customized programs. IMD and Northwestern University (Kellogg) share second place, followed by Harvard. A German school did not make the list. The ESCP-EAP, which in addition to its campus in France is also represented in the UK, Italy, Spain and Berlin merely landed in 28th place in the overall ranking.

Staggeringly poor was Insead as it took 16th place in the open programs and 20th for the customized program category. The Dutch business school TiasNimbas improved significantly. This year it ranks 36, while last year it held the 49th spot in the customized programs.
