iTunes: Oxford storms the download charts

Thanks to a talk by Joseph Stiglitz, Nobel Prize winner and former Chief Economist of the World Bank, the University of Oxford has stormed iTunes’ download charts.
168,000 users visited the Oxford page the week following the lecture's publication. More than 60,000 people downloaded the talk for free.
Stiglitz spoke for 45 minutes at the university about the global financial crisis. In addition to his lecture, numerous talks, educational materials and interviews with leading academics are available for download.
Highlights include talks by Dr. Craig Venter, Sir Nicholas Stern and Julian Savulescu.
The Said Business School has special entries on the "Silicon Valley Comes to Oxford" meeting in November 2007 and the "Skoll World Forum on Social Entrepreneurship" in March 2008.
