Mannheim expanding Executive Education

The Mannheim Business School is expanding the offer of Executive Education it initially started in 2009. More than 20 English-language programs on various topics will be offered until July 2010.

“These open-enrollment programs are interesting for both junior and experienced managers who want to acquire substantiated, compact and practical up-to-date knowledge in an area that is particularly important to them,” emphasizes Professor Christian Homburg, President of the Mannheim Business School.

The selection includes programs from the fields of Management, Leadership & Strategy, Marketing & Sales or Finance, Insurance & Banking, Accounting & Taxation, Operations Management, IT Systems & E-Business, as well as Economics. The course topics range from Innovation Management and Organization Structure to Change Management and Accounting and Finance for managers, who have a lack of well-grounded knowledge in these areas. All courses guarantee  Executive Education at the highest international level as well as the transmission of new ideas and useful instruments, says Homburg.

The Mannheim Business School is the organizational umbrella for management further education at the University of Mannheim. It is the only German institution and one of just 35 business schools in the world to be accredited by the three most important accreditation organizations of AACSB, Equis and Amba and it is among the best business schools in Germany.
