This program addresses high-potentials in upper or top-level management who are anticipating and designing permanent change processes in a dynamic environment with their personal and professional skills. The Executive MBE in Business Engineering program is focused on change and transformation in organizations and not on General Management. Business Engineering is an approach for holistic planning and executing change processes. On the one hand, it considers the professional fields of composition on the level of strategy, processes and systems. On the other hand, the concept also takes the “soft factors” of change management into account. With the focus on Business Engineering, an integrated view is delivered. Strategic Management, Process Management and IT-Management are intensively discussed. Also, Change Management, Leadership, Corporate Culture and topics on other “soft factors” play an important role. The Executive MBA in Business Engineering is an international program. Four weeks of the program take place at a top-class university, the Santa Clara University, in Silicon Valley, California. Another week is held in Shanghai, China. The local cultures and their differences to the European culture as well as the methods of innovation and the way of doing business in the USA and China are important parts of these modules.
