Structure & Content
The one-year Full-time MBA at CBS provides graduates with a strong business perspective combining real-life cases with a critical approach to theories, concepts and methods of managerial decision-making. The program comprises 16 core courses and nine electives (from which candidates can choose six).
The teaching in the MBA classroom includes the use of cases, guest speakers, simulations as well as workshops.
The key requirement for the in-class portion of this course is active participation, based on the thorough preparation of the assignments. Good preparation will increase the amount one gets out of class and how much their fellow participants get from one's contribution.
Assessment of performance for each course will vary, but in general it includes class participation, take home assignments as well as written/oral examinations.

Structure & Content
The 21-month Executive MBA Program at CBS is a general management and leadership program. Typically enable participants to break out of their role as functional managers to a role in general management. Offered on a part-time basis with classes on every Friday and Saturday, the program is designed to develop participants to become more creative problem solvers and shape their decision making capacity. Leadership lies at the heart of the program and is given special attention through the Leadership Development Process which consists of individual leadership development, leadership mentoring scheme and leadership sessions. Courses cover business fundamentals, strategy, innovation and international business development. The program includes two study tours to the Silicon Valley in the US as well as China. The tours are aimed at promoting an international mindset through discussion forums with local business leaders as well as attending lectures at our partner universities. The latter part of the program focuses on strategy. There will be courses on international performance management and strategic management. Following these sessions, participants will embark on the integrated strategy project in their companies. This is intended to apply your newly gained knowledge and skills to practice in a constructive manner and add value to your company.

The CBS Executive Certificate in Business Administration has been designed to enable participants to gain general management knowledge and increase their capacity to lead in their organizations. While research based, the content is grounded in today’s pressing business issues. The classroom experience and teamwork enable you to step back and reflect on issues in your workplace. When you are at work, you connect your education experience with ongoing business challenges and opportunities. Residential sessions take place twice per month in Copenhagen. The compact delivery format minimizes the impact on your work schedule as well as your personal life. The Executive Certificate in Leadership and Business Essentials covers the management fundamentals in marketing, operations, finance and organization. The practical leadership training aims to enhance your capacity as creative problem solver, effective manager and skilled decision maker. During the study tour to California, participants work on hands-on marketing assignment. You will also meet some of the icons in the area of marketing and branding in this region. Completion of this certificate will lead you to the option of joining the Executive Certificate in Business Development and Innovation which last for seven months. Participants who complete both certificates successfully may join the second year of the Executive MBA Program.
