NORDAKADEMIE was the first private university to be founded and funded directly by industry. Unique is the fact that the university is supported by a non-profit, public company. The shareholders of this company include 43 well-known companies and NORDMETALL, the German employers’ association. The company operates exclusively in the interests of its students and partner enterprises.
More than 400 companies collaborate with the university in the areas of
