The Full-Time program is dedicated to fostering cross-cultural understanding, group dynamics and professional ethics. The first eight months of the program—the Fundamental Phase—offers participants a solid foundation in core business subjects such as Finance, Strategy, Marketing and Economics.

During the second half of the program—the Customized Phase—participants choose to specialize in Finance, Marketing, Entrepreneurship or Strategy, and select from a wide range of electives. Participants may opt to carry out a fieldwork project (either within a group or individually), participate in an international exchange or carry out a double-degree program with one of HEC’s prestigious partner schools around the world. Throughout the program participants receive in-depth training in decision making and interact directly with business leaders.

HEC’s Part-Time program attracts young, high-potential managers between the ages of 25 and 35, offering participants a unique opportunity to enhance their knowledge base, maximize their leadership potential and expand their corporate network, all whilst maintaining a balance between their personal and professional lives. Through a “learning by doing” teaching approach the newly acquired skills can be quickly put into practice in professional environments. The Part-Time program is delivered in one week modules approximately once per month, allowing participants to focus on studies for a week whilst networking with fellow professionals. The program promotes international participation, which allows connections to be forged between individuals and cultures, and therefore establish knowledge, competencies and points of view. The HEC Part-Time option has one intake per year in January.
