Lancaster University Management School
Lancaster University Management School is one of only two UK business schools to carry the coveted 6-star rating for consistent world-class research quality in business and management. The School has been a pioneer of executive teaching programmes since 1964, and our teaching is rated ‘Excellent’ by the Higher Education Funding Council for England. We are one of only a few European management schools to be accredited by both EQUIS and AMBA.
The Lancaster MBA is ranked by the FT and the Economist Intelligence Unit among the top 100 MBAs in the world. The 2006 Financial Times MBA rankings confirm Lancaster’s position as one of the UK’s top-ranked schools, and amongst the world’s top 30. Only one business school in the world can beat Lancaster’s meteoric rise over the last three years up to 30th in the world. Lancaster has the UK’s second highest-ranked one-year MBA programme. The Lancaster MBA is ranked 1st in Europe (and 2nd in the world) for the value for money it delivers to students and alumni. In terms of living environment Lancaster cannot be matched by any other UK business school. Our spacious parkland campus has comprehensive facilities and an enviable location – in the heart of the English countryside, just to the north of Manchester and close to the spectacular Lake District.
