University of Strathclyde Business School
The Swiss Centre of the University of Strathclyde Business School exists since 1996. Strathclyde was the pioneer in setting up their own international centres (like the Zurich one). Starting in 1988 with its first international centre in Hong Kong it has now 9 international centres worldwide next to its main campus in Glasgow. The University itself is more than 200 years old and the Business School was first in offering an MBA programme in the UK in 1966.
The core competency of the Strathclyde MBA is in corporate strategy, which is also reflected by its favourable ranking in this field worldwide (No. 3 in the world according to the FT).
The Strathclyde MBA in Switzerland is offered part-time (1-2 weekends per month) and runs over 2 years. Its central location at Zurich Airport makes the workshops easily accessible for our students.
Here in Switzerland we offer a limited number of scholarships for women, entrepreneurs and young families to our candidates.
All the teaching at the Zurich Centre is done by Strathclyde professors who fly in for the MBA workshops.
The average age of our students is 35 years.
